What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following paying methods.
(1) PayPal (the world's most-loved way to pay, quickly and securely online)
(2) Bank Transfer and Western Union
Wire payments are only accepted for orders over $500. Please contact us in advance of placing an order if you intend to pay via wire. Please note for orders over $4,000 we only accept Bank Transfer and Western Union.
What Currency is szwholesale.com Using? Can I pay for my order in another currency?
We charge in U.S. Dollars primarily, we welcome Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Euros, or UK Sterling Pounds and other major currencies too, please contact us and we will gladly convert your invoice using current exchange rates.
How Much Tax Do I Need to Pay on Customs Imported Goods?
Your order may be subject to VAT, "Value added tax", which are levied by customs of your country when your package reaches your country. szwholesale.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
We declare the tax for you as low as possible so as to help lower the customs charge on your end. We will suggest the declared value, according our experience. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need in the comment area when checking out, and we will let you know what we can do to help.

Can I Return the Item If It Does Not Meet with My Satisfaction?
If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 15 days from the date the product was shipped. Please e-mail us with the product information stating the reason for the return. You must return the product undamaged and preferably unused in it's original packaging, including the manual, the inserts and a copy of the packing slip. Collect shipping will be refused, so will the return of damaged product, for that we strongly recommend that you include insurance to the shipping of any return. There is no refund for used product, because we don't sell used items.
For airmail shipping, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for to cover our expenses.
For Express shipping, a restocking fee depends on the country you reside in and what Express you used.
What if the item i have ordered is defective?
If the item you have ordered is defective on arrival, contact us within the seller warranty period of 90 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. Outside of 90 days only manufacturers warranties (if any) apply. We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item. If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer, then we will deduct from your refund our fee for Ground delivery.
