Orders under 200USD will be shipped via Hong Kong / China / Singapore postal airmail service, and another 30% of the item costs will be charged as handling charge(only necessary for orders under 200USD). The minimum handling is 6USD. The normal delivery time is approximately 12-18 working days, however if you live in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia or Ukraine, please allow 16-28 working days.

How to Make An Order?

Step 1, You need to open an account in our website. We respect your privacy, and we will never sell or share your personal information. Our goal is to make your online shopping easy and enjoyable, here are a few guidelines.

Step 2, As you browse the site you can add items to your shopping cart where you see the "add to cart" button.

Step 3, Once an item is added you can amend the quantity required or delete it from your cart if you have changed your mind. And then click "update".

Step 4, When you are ready to finish your order, click the 'Cart Contents' and check that your order is correct. Then click on the "checkout" button, where you will be asked first for account, information, then just follow the easy online instructions.

Finally, after ordering, you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes that will confirm your order, shipping address and payment details.

How to Make Sure that My Order was Successfully Made?

Once you have placed an order successfully, a confirmation email including your order information would be sent to your email address on file automatically, within a couple of minutes. If you don't get the order confirmation email after an hour, please contact us.

Which address will you ship to, my address on PayPal or on szwholesale.com?

By default, the items will be shipped to you szwholesale.com address, which is provided by you during your registration on our site. If you want us to ship to another address, please tell us when checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following paying methods.

(1) PayPal(the world's most-loved way to pay)

(2) Bank Transfer and Western Union

Wire payments are only accepted for orders over $500. Please contact us in advance of placing an order if you intend to pay via wire. Please note for orders over 4,000USD we only accept Bank Transfer and Western Union.

(3) I have paid before (This is ultra useful when you have paid but have NOT got an order number and the goods are still in your shopping cart.)

Can I choose the shipping method?

Yes. By default, we ship orders via EMS(Express Mail Service)/DHL/UPS/TNT by our discretion, and all of them are Express/Expedited service. If you want specific service, please state that in the comment area when placing the order, additional charge might occur.

What Currency is szwholesale.com Using? Can I pay for my order in another currency?

We charge in U.S. Dollars primarily, we welcome Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Euros, or UK Sterling Pounds and other major currencies too, please contact us and we will gladly convert your invoice using current exchange rates.

Customs

How Much Tax Do I Need to Pay on Imported Goods?

Your order may be subject to VAT, "Value added tax", which are levied by customs of your country when your package reaches your country. szwholesale.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

We declare the tax for you as low as possible so as to help lower the customs charge on your end. We will suggest the declared value, according our experience. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need in the comment area when checking out, and we will let you know what we can do to help.

Return Policy

Can I Return the Item If It Does Not Meet with My Satisfaction?

If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Please e-mail us with the product information stating the reason for the return. You must return the product undamaged and preferably unused in it's original packaging, including the manual, the inserts and a copy of the packing slip. Collect shipping will be refused, so will the return of damaged product, for that we strongly recommend that you include insurance to the shipping of any return. There is no refund for used product, because we don't sell used items.

For airmail shipping, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for to cover our expenses.

For Express shipping, a restocking fee depends on the country you reside in and what Express you used.

What if the item i have ordered is defective?

If the item you have ordered is defective on arrival, contact us within the seller warranty period of 90 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. Outside of 90 days only manufacturers warranties (if any) apply. We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item. If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer, then we will deduct from your refund our fee for Ground delivery.
